Our promise
Every Sovereign Luxe Beauty order is sealed, inspected, and packed by hand. If something arrives wrong, we make it right.
The 14-day window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or replacement. To stay eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
Hygiene exception
Because our serums are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. This protects the safety and integrity of every order we ship.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@sovereignluxebeauty.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to start a return
Email support@sovereignluxebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send products back before you hear from us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping is non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error.
