Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our list to hear first.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a tracking link as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, email support@sovereignluxebeauty.com and we'll look into it.

Lost or delayed packages

If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, please check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us — we're happy to help track it down.
